This four week course has been designed and is facilitated by people with a range of lived experiences of mental health challenges.

Join us to:

  • Explore what recovery means to you and what is needed to make it a reality

  • Learn new skills and personal strategies to help take control of your own wellbeing

  • Be part of our non-judgemental and supportive peer community and learn from each other.

Requirements:

  • Over 18

  • Live in Sheffield

  • Able to attend in person

  • Willing to respect a group agreement we’ll create in our first session
