Holistic Yoga classes follow a gentle seasonal rhythm, offering mindful movement, breath-centred practice, guided relaxation and space to reconnect with yourself through the changing seasons. Afterwards, you're warmly invited to stay for tea, coffee and cake—an optional opportunity to connect with others in the community.

We offer one to one sessions with Fran, our Yoga teacher.
Therapeutic Yoga is the place to start for one-to-one classes. This is an entry level, practical introduction to therapeutic yoga, designed to help you build the foundations of a personal practice.
Together we'll explore a mixture of grounding and orienting practices, gentle mobilisation, breath awareness, movement linked with breath, and relaxation. You'll be supported to take your first steps into working with your body, breath and mind and leave with practical tools to support your nervous system. Suitable for people who are new to yoga, experiencing stress or overwhelm, or would like an individual introduction before joining a class.
Sessions can be booked in blocks of three, with our standard cost at £90 (£30/session)

Get your place at our two hour in person seminar - sharing all the behind the scenes secrets and techniques that are behind Space to Breathe’s approach to wellbeing. In this course you’ll discover more about our ethos, learn grounding techniques, the keys to self-care and the impact of the imagination.

Would you like to donate a class in Holistic Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, a Sound Bath or Mindfulness class for someone in need? You can do that here. Select how many classes you’d like to donate and we’ll link them with people in need of support. This is a brilliant way to be generous with classes that you appreciate so others can make use of them to.
Recipients of the classes donated will be people on low or no income, people struggling with their mental wellbeing and in need or individuals who might otherwise not be able to join the classes.
Once allocated we’ll let you know a bit more about how your support has been used.

Listening anonymously to how staff feel through thought-through questions on their own personal wellbeing, their workplace culture and their sense of emotional connection with work.Providing good practice content and advice for working environments.Answer questions and provide up to date advice on guidelines and good practice.
On receipt on your go ahead, we’ll make contact, talk through the service and your needs and provide a survey link to get started. Once all the information has been collected we’ll provide a report within 14 days of completion of the survey.
