Welcome to your free Digital Pause Pack. Over time we’ve found learning ways to take a pause, or to take some “space to breathe” is crucial in how we manage our wellbeing. It gives us space to think, to reflect and to be sure of our thoughts. Over eight years of working in mental health and wellbeing we’ve found time again that taking a pause allows us to:
Ground
Be self aware
Gain perspective
Those elements are deeply important in finding emotional stability … which in turn is crucial to being well and making health decisions. Check out the material below:
