Wellbeing Zones for Community Workers: Catching Worries

Weekly Wellbeing events designed for people working in the local community supporting others. These are free events.

These Wellbeing Zones are weekly events designed to be an hour's space of peace and wellbeing in the midst of your busy schedules. Each session runs weekly on Wednesday nights from 7.30pm to 8.30pm. They're delivered online.

Topics include Recharging your Batteries, Finding Peace, Catching worries, Stress Busters and Keeping your Focus. 

They are designed specifically to support people who serve Sheffield's local community in any way -whether through a public bodies, health, community organisation, charity or running voluntary support. However, they are open to people from outside the area too.

Wednesday 26 May : Recharging your batteries guiding you through some ideas, reflections and techniques to give yourself some fresh strength.

Wednesday 2nd June : Finding Peace - how do we find peace in the midst of stress or busy? An interactive session with a mindful feel.

Wednesday 9th June : Catching worries - tools for facing and lifting worry in everyday life.

Wednesday 16th June : Stress Busters - this useful session gives loads of handy and easy to use stress busting ideas.

Wednesday 23rd June : Keeping your focus - Lucy Hone suggests resilient people are ones who choose where to focus their attention in the midst of difficulty. How do we do this?
