Wellbeing Zones Course: Session 1 - Self Awareness

Our Wellbeing Zones are face to face supportive groups where you can learn creative and useful tools that will help you build stronger mental health and improve your wellbeing.

These groups cover topics like Learning Mindfulness, Relieving Anxiety and Building Resilience as well as this opening session on Self Awareness.

Sessions are one hour and begin at 2pm, and then repeat every Friday through November. Venue is Scotia Works, Leadmill Road, Sheffield S1 4SE.

Places are free and you can book in using our referral form below (where you can be referred by an organisation or self-refer.). You can also email us at info@spacetobreatheuk.com to book in.

These sessions are part of our Positive Activities programme in partnership with South Yorkshire Housing Association.
