GP ACCESS Listening event: Firth Park Surgery

As part of the GP Access project, there will be a Listening event taking place at Firth Park Surgery, 400 Firth Park Road, Sheffield S5 6HH

This will be a space where you can talk to members of the Mental Health Collaborative about your experiences of accessing mental health support from your GP Surgery.

There will also be creative installations where you be able to provide written feedback and have a chance to complete our survey (link below)
