Then this course is for you?

Our Men’s Wellbeing and Mindfulness course is a free 5 week course that takes you through:

  • Introduction to Wellbeing: Grounding and Stabilising

  • Mindfulness techniques for wellbeing

  • Understanding the role of your whole body in wellbeing

  • Managing overwhelm

  • Making a Wellbeing Plan

At the end of the course you’ll have all the building blocks for your own wellbeing toolkit.

You’ll also get a certificate for attending the course.
