The course will cover the key elements of Space to Breathe’s work in self-care, self-awareness, grounding and emotional regulation that we use in NHS, community and business settings. You’ll get trained in how to use meditation and reflection tools in your own life and also how to lead others in these techniques. You’ll also get access to a library of online resources.
The event will make use of the magnificent conference resources at Bramall Lane and ticket price includes lunch and an ample supply of break-time hot drinks and food.
