  • The Circle, 33 Rockingham Lane S1 4FW Sheffield (map)

We are delighted to announce this special Meditation and Reflection for Wellbeing Day Course for Frontline Workers in the Voluntary Sector in Sheffield.

The event will take place on Wednesday 11 October 2023 from 9.30am to 4pm. Tickets are free, funded by Voluntary Action Sheffield and Compassionate Sheffield as part of the project for well-being in frontline workers in the city. Check out this link for more information.

The course will cover the key elements of Space to Breathe’s work in self-care, self-awareness, grounding and emotional regulation that we use in NHS, community and business settings. You’ll get trained in how to use meditation and reflection tools in your own life and also how to lead others in these techniques. You’ll also get access to a library of online resources.

The event will take place at Scotia Works on Leadmill Road, Sheffield.

Places will go fast and we recommend you book quickly to secure your place. Use the link to book in.

This course brings you a day’s worth of training and experiences around Space to Breathe’s unique approach to Meditation and Reflection for Wellbeing. The day course supplements our popular 5-week training course which is available online. You can find the key topics we’ll be discussing and our plan for the day course below.

We’ve had some wonderful pieces of feedback from previous courses including:
