  • Scotia Works Leadmill Road Sheffield S1 4SE United Kingdom (map)

We are delighted to announce that our next Meditation and Reflection for Wellbeing Day Course will take place on Wednesday 11th October from 9.30am to 4.30pm at Scotia Works, Sheffield.

This is a special free event, funded by Voluntary Action Sheffield and Compassionate Sheffield and is aimed at frontline workers (staff & volunteers) in the Voluntary Sector. You can find out more about this project here.

Tickets are available via our eventbrite page below.

The course will cover the key elements of Space to Breathe’s work in self-care, self-awareness, grounding and emotional regulation that we use in NHS, community and business settings. You’ll get trained in how to use meditation and reflection tools in your own life and also how to lead others in these techniques. You’ll also get access to a library of online resources.

Places will go fast and we recommend you book quickly to secure your place. Use the link to book in.

This course brings you a day’s worth of training and experiences around Space to Breathe’s unique approach to Meditation and Reflection for Wellbeing. You can find the key topics we’ll be discussing and our plan for the day course below.
