At Space to Breathe, inclusion is central to our mission. We recognise that mental health inequalities are shaped by structural, cultural and economic barriers, and we are committed to actively challenging these within our organisation and the systems we work alongside.

Internally, we are committed to creating a workplace that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve, where dignity, respect and belonging are non-negotiable. We regularly review our practices, recruitment approaches and partnerships to ensure they promote equity and opportunity.

Externally, we prioritise reaching individuals who may otherwise struggle to access support, working in partnership with grassroots organisations and communities experiencing disadvantage. We collect and review diversity data to inform improvement and hold ourselves accountable.
