Now as so many of us are in our third stretch of home working, how do we keep in touch and take the pulse of our teams wellbeing?

Our Wellbeing audit service will help you gauge how people are doing, what key areas of support are required and also fulfil the wellbeing aspects of risk assessment, providing for staff and good practice.

We conduct a wellbeing survey online, collate results and then provide a detailed report with recommendations and guidance on dealing with key issues.

• We will assess all your wellbeing needs through the data provided in the survey and using creative tools to ensure diverse voices are heard.

• We will provide good practice content and advice for working remotely and working at home.

• We will deliver 5 proven wellbeing tools, specific to your context, to help people flourish whilst working at home.

• We will answer all your questions and provide up to date advice on guidelines and good practice.

On receipt on your go ahead, we’ll make contact, talk through the service and your needs and provide a report and resources within 7 days of order.

We can also offer additional follow up support of:

• Online staff training and wellbeing support

• One-to-one wellbeing check-ins free of charge.

• Additional wellbeing, coaching or counselling support at cost if required.
