Our Twenty for 2020 campaign is entering it’s final week.
We are convinced that part of our role as a business is to try and provide a number of wellbeing services free at point of access. Services such as our free Mental Health First Aid for artists and performers. We would like to continue to provide pop-up wellbeing work spaces for entrepreneurs. We want to keep providing resources, meditative experiences and spaces which can be accessed by anyone at anytime.
Andy Freeman has created this short movie sharing a bit more about why he believes this is so important.
Space to Breathe want to provide twenty services in 2020 free at point of access. Therefore we are faced with the task of funding this work and this is where Twenty for 2020 comes in. Would you join us and give a £20 one-off donation to support this important work? Our aim is to find 200 people to help us in this way at the beginning of the year.
If you’re able to donate a one-off amount of £20 you’ll be able to help us provide the following twenty services:
Accessible and creative meditation events around Sheffield and South Yorkshire with resources available online for others to use.
Mental Health First Aid work with artists and performers.
Four art exhibitions.
Spoken word nights around the UK.
A mental health focused email advice line for anyone to use.
Regular pop-up work spaces for entrepreneurs in Sheffield.
Six Free wellbeing resources throughout the year.
Access to a support session to help people determine how they might gain support and help for their wellbeing or mental health.
Creating creative meditations to give away at events.
Providing wellbeing support to people attending Tramlines Festival in Sheffield.
Providing wellbeing resources to Students
Offering at least one free place to a worthy cause on each of our Creating a Culture of Wellbeing Courses.
All of these valuable services would be offered free at point of access.
Furthermore if you’re able to help us in this simple way we’d then like to invite you to a celebration party at the end of 2020 where we’ll tell you about the impact of your gift and celebrate all the good things that have happened in 2020.
