To visit the shop just come to our base at Scotia Works, Leadmill Road, Sheffield S1 4SE. When you arrive select 11 on the buzzer and we’ll come down and let you in and show you round. Its a great chance to see our range of products in the flesh.
Space to Breathe sell products in order to help raise funds for our work. Everything you buy will go to helping people in Sheffield and beyond.

This new digital album with 8 reflective tracks offers a selection of the mindfulness and meditation approaches from Space to Breathe. Each track takes you on a different mindfulness meditation covering subjects such as energy, hope, honesty, intentions and wonder. Tracks feature Andy Freeman, Ben Harper and Nicky Redsell from the team as well as ambient music from Steve Leach and others. Over an hour of meditation and mindfulness.
Our Shhh… Wellbeing Boxes are back with The Pause Box, an upgrade on our original Pause Packs. The Pause Wellbeing Box features five Wellbeing Idea Cards (A6), a MindPanda Stress Ball, a Space to Breathe Candle, a Holding triangle, a notebook and pen, TeaPigs Tea Bags, a wonderful plant-baed NEAT Bar and a bunch more digital resources through a QR Code. We are delighted to partner with Mindful Panda to bring you a pack of three stress balls. The three balls future words and ideas on Mindfulness, Positivity and Gratitude (see pictures.). The balls are soft fabric and a wonderful texture to hold. Our clients who are neuro-diverse love the feel of them. The balls are fabric outer.
