The Wellbeing Suite hasover 150 wellbeing resources in a library we believe is pretty unique. New resources will be added each month to over 20 themes and categories like Stress, Personal Peace or Basic Wellbeing Techniques. Services include:

• a searchable system so you can find the resources you want.

• weekly emails highlighting the best of the Wellbeing Suite and ways to use the resources

• up to eight downloads per month, enabling you to create your own Wellbeing Toolkit, with resources to come back to time and again.
