30 Minute Wellbeing is a Wellbeing video session delivered via Facebook Live and then streamed on Youtube.
The session will include:
Mindful meditation
Self-care tools and tricks
The chance to focus on an aspect of your own wellbeing in the midst of your working life.
The sessions are specifically aimed at people who work on their own, are self-employed, self-starters or small businesses.
