“Space to Breathe” is our new Wednesday Wellbeing Session is our weekly wellbeing and safe space session which will involve the chance to chat and have a drink, mindfulness reflections, wellbeing tools and ideas and the chance to spend time in a relaxing, calm and creative space.
Sessions are free and open to anyone through our referral form (below) or by emailing info@spacetobreatheuk.com - you can be referred by a GP, medical professional, voluntary sector group or you can self-refer.
We meet from 3.30pm from a drink/chat and then 4pm to start the session. We always finish by 5pm.
If you are unable to attend in person, we can always arrange online access.
Sessions are provided as part of our Positive Activities programme.
