“Space to Breathe” is our new Wednesday Wellbeing Session is our weekly wellbeing and safe space session which will involve the chance to chat and have a drink, mindfulness reflections, wellbeing tools and ideas and the chance to spend time in a relaxing, calm and creative space.
Sessions are free and open to anyone - just come along. You can email info@spacetobreatheuk.com if you want to know more.
We meet from 3.30pm from a drink/chat and then 4pm to start the session. We always finish by 5pm.
If you are unable to attend in person, we can always arrange online access.
