Welcome to Winter Wellbeing!

Join us for an hour long online event, designed to give you space and time to healthily reflect on your wellbeing and mental health at this time of year. Winter and Christmas-time can be a time of joy, but also many find it hard with painful reminders or the dark nights making it tough to feel good at this time of year. Expect an relaxed and reflective evening with ambient music, image, poetry and ideas to reflect on, as well as techniques to try. You'll feel relaxed and rested at it's conclusion.
