Meditation and Reflection for Wellbeing Day Course (Online via Zoom)

To mark Mental Health Awareness Week, we are delighted to announce that our next Online Meditation and Reflection for Wellbeing Day Course will take place on Tuesday 16 May 2023 from 9.30am to 4.30pm. The course will cover the key elements of Space to Breathe’s work in self-care, self-awareness, grounding and emotional regulation that we use in NHS, community and business settings. You’ll get trained in how to use meditation and reflection tools in your own life and also how to lead others in these techniques. You’ll also get access to a library of online resources.

This course brings you a day’s worth of training and experiences around Space to Breathe’s unique approach to Meditation and Reflection for Wellbeing.
