Meditation and Reflection for Wellbeing Day Course (for Positive Activities Programme)

We are delighted to announce that our next Meditation and Reflection for Wellbeing Day Course will take place on Saturday 2nd December from 9.30am to 4.30pm at Scotia Works, Sheffield.

This is a special free event, funded by our Positive Activities Programme. The course is available for anyone in Sheffield who feels they need support with their mental health and wellbeing and particularly where they are waiting for or require additional support. Maybe you’re struggling with anxiety or finding it hard to manage? This course will share tools and techniques to help you settle and become more emotionally aware.

Places are available either through our referral form (through an organisation or self-referral - using the form below) or by emailing info@spacetobreatheuk.com.

The course will cover the key elements of Space to Breathe’s work in self-care, self-awareness, grounding and emotional regulation that we use in NHS, community and business settings. You’ll get trained in how to use meditation and reflection tools in your own life and you’ll also get access to a library of online resources.

This course brings you a day’s worth of training and experiences around Space to Breathe’s unique approach to Meditation and Reflection for Wellbeing. You can find the key topics we’ll be discussing and our plan for the day course below.
