27/07/25 SEASON 2 EPISODE 1: A PLACE IN THE SUN

Find a quiet space to practice, one where you won’t be disturbed for the duration of the recording and shut the door. Get comfortable using whatever you have around you: maybe lying on the floor with a blanket to cover, a cushion under head and maybe under the knees and a cover over the eyes (you don’t need anything fancy, towels or scarves work just great!) Then press play, and give your whole self permission to simply be, in a deep sense of restorative ease.

You are invited to rest — not because you’ve earned it, but because it is an essential part of being human.
