This wellbeing pack includes all our most tried and tested methods for managing wellbeing. The Pause pack encourages us to stop, then to ground ourselves, be self-aware and make use of perspective. Activities include star gazing, meditation and breathing. Resources included are a journal, pen, pack of seeds and holding triangle. Supplemented by a load of free digital resources via a QR code and all with instruction sheets.
The pack is delivered in a a handy and manageable 18cm x 12cm x 2cm box, bursting with resources and ideas.
The pack is subsidised in price, with the pack available for £10 to people outside Sheffield.
