Meditation and Reflection for Wellbeing: 8th December in Sheffield
We’re delighted to announce the return of our Meditation and Reflection for Wellbeing Course in it’s day form. We’ll be at The Circle in Sheffield for a day aimed at unpacking our approaches to mindfulness and wellbeing. You’ll get time to experience practices for yourselves and also learn how to lead others. Tickets are £40 and available now.
Last time out one of the participants said:
"Enjoyed the communal offerings and learning from the perspectives of the group. Personal and relatable learning with a steer from Andy. Constantly having space to reflect at the time. Deepens the experience."
Youthworker Wellbeing
By now many of you will have heard about the brilliant Youthworker Wellbeing research that’s been conducted by our own Ben Harper. We're running a series of free webinars to share the findings and then a wellbeing event in January called Caring for Ourselves Well. You can find out much more below.
WELLBEING FOR DARKER NIGHTS
Winter can often be a tricky time for our wellbeing as days and nights become darker and colder and memories and experiences can affect us. Andy Freeman from Space to Breathe brings us 90 minutes of creative reflection that will leave you with tips and tricks to go away with, mindful experiences to enjoy on the night and lots of content and ideas to build your wellbeing. Find out more below.
You can keep up with all of our events at our website or via the links below.
