Part-time Peer Support Worker (Porter Valley) 2 days/week

We are seeking to hire a part-time Peer Support worker to take on our client work with the Porter Valley Primary Care Network. This job is 14 hours/week flexible. PART-TIME CARERS SUPPORT AND WELLBEING WORKER 2.5 DAYS/WEEK

We are seeking to hire a Carers Support & Wellbeing Worker. You will be working with individuals who care for people with a mental illness and who require emotional support, practical support or both.  You will have experience of supporting people with a mental illness and/or lived experience as a carer. This role will require you to provide support on a 1:1 and group basis, working alongside other colleagues in the voluntary sector and being able to introduce carers to other appropriate services.
