Space to Breathe offer a number of training experiences designed to create spaces of sharing, learning and development. Our ethos is to be creative, empowering and thoughtful and to always make sure training is fun and worthwhile.
Each of our experiences leans heavily on our Wellbeing Triangle and its three axis of self, others and other. Find out more about the Wellbeing Triangle.
Every course that we run can be delivered for a specific workplace, in a digital format (e.g. Zoom Webinar) or in a neutral venue.

Creating Cultures of Wellbeing: Intro
This 45 min seminar gives participants an introduction to the idea of culture and explores how workplace cultures can either positively or negatively effect the wellbeing of people who work there.
Creating a Culture of Wellbeing in Your Workplace (Full Course)
Creating a Culture of Wellbeing in Your Workplace is a Half-Day interactive course designed to equip businesses and organisations to develop healthy working cultures which in turn grow wellbeing, aid productivity and increase innovation. The Course will offer foundations in good practice, contemporary thinking and practical tools. Each place also comes with a suite of resources and a free 1-hr consultation with the Space to Breathe team about wellbeing in your context. Available to book for a whole team (min 4 participants) or as a public course.
Thriving or Surviving
This opportunity mixes a training session with 1-2-1 coaching. We aim to help you move from surviving these turbulent times to thriving and flourishing.
Mental Health & Wellbeing at Work
A Creative and Practical Half Day seminar which equips participants to understand the dynamics of Mental Health and Wellbeing, how to promote safety and good practice and practical tools to support your own and colleagues wellbeing at work.
Half Day course available to teams or often held as a Public course.
Stress Awareness
What is Stress? Why does it affect us? How might we develop coping strategies and tools to help us? This course takes an in-depth look at Stress and ways to support yourself or colleagues experiencing stress. The Mental Health Foundation reported in 2018 that 74% of us had felt overwhelmed by stress in the previous year. Stress is a major contributing to workplace ill-health and a major mental health issue.
Stress Awareness is a Half Day course available to teams or often held as a Public Course
Connecting Faith and Wellbeing
This 2.5 hr/half-day course is designed to equip people working in a faith context to effectively connect with the Wellbeing arena and feel confident to share their practices and approach with the wider public.
Space to Breathe has developed from Andy Freeman’s 10 year journey of translating the language of spirituality into effective and accessible wellbeing tools. Nowadays non-religious spirituality is popular and important to people and people of faith have much to say to this arena.
Courses can be delivered in any location, for an organisation or local area.
