Whats the way ahead for your office or workspace? 

There are so many different pressures that can exist on the people within your workplace. How do you help and support these pressures and make sure your organisation does all it can to provide the best culture and environment for those who work there?

Central to this task is taking the pulse of where well-being is now and our Wellbeing audit service will help you fulfil the wellbeing aspects of good practice, staff care and being a responsible employer. The service helps with:

• Assessing your wellbeing needs through a simple questionnaire.

• Listening anonymously to how staff feel through thought-through questions on their own personal wellbeing, their workplace culture and their sense of emotional connection with work.

• Providing good practice content and advice for working environments.

• Answer questions and provide up to date advice on guidelines and good practice.

On receipt on your go ahead, we’ll make contact, talk through the service and your needs and provide a survey link to get started. Once all the information has been collected we’ll provide a report within 14 days of completion of the survey.

We can also offer additional follow up support of:

• Online staff training and wellbeing support

• One-to-one wellbeing check-ins free of charge.

• Additional wellbeing, coaching or counselling support at cost if required.

The whole service outlined here is provided at one-off fee of £250 (exclusive of VAT)
