Creating a Culture of Wellbeing in Your Organisation (Voluntary Sector special)

In this session we will explore what it looks like to create the kind of climate that supports people’s wellbeing. We will ask what culture is and what impact it can have. We’ll explore the dynamics around pyschological safety and the studies that have shown its impact. Lastly we’ll explore key principles which can help you as voluntary sector leaders create cultures which directly benefit your staff and volunteers in their wellbeing.

Good wellbeing can have a positive impact on:

·       Engagement

·       Motivation

·       Attendance

·       Retention

These four elements can benefit your organisation directly and also make for happy and healthy workplaces that people want to be a part of.

This session is aimed at anyone looking to improve the wellbeing of people in their organisation in a proactive and systemic way including managers, CEO’s and leaders. It’s designed specifically for the Voluntary Sector and is part of a programme of wellbeing support funded by Voluntary Action Sheffield and Compassionate Sheffield. You can find more information on the project here.

This is an online webinar, delivered via Zoom.
