Surgery Access Project 2023 @ Burncross Surgery

  • Burncross Surgery 1 Bevan Way Sheffield, England, S35 1RN United Kingdom (map)

How easy or hard is it to access support at your GP Surgery if you’re struggling with your wellbeing?

What would improve the support you receive and what insights can you bring to help us improve things?

What ways can we work with staff to make access to support a better experience?

We are partnering with Burncross Surgery and Healthwatch Sheffield and working with wellbeing workers from across the city to ask what would improve your access to GP Surgery support when you’re struggling with your mental health.

As part of the project we are holding this interactive event will give you the chance to shape the way Burncross Surgery cares for everybody’s wellbeing and to help make access to support a better experience.  You’ll be able to engage with interactive activities, talk to trained wellbeing workers from across the city and receive a great wellbeing pack of information about support across the city.

The event is open to everyone, regardless of which surgery they go to.

Drop in anytime between 6-8pm and have the chance to chat and share your thoughts.
