This introductory free session gives participants an hour of creative and instructive ideas and techniques to help explore what Mindfulness is, how to practice it and how it might be helpful.

Delivered online but with the option of attending in person.

The session will include:

  • The origins of Mindfulness

  • Practising being present

  • Why Mindfulness can help your mental health.

  • Trying mindfulness techniques

  • Taking away ideas to try at home
