Shhh.. Resilience meditation

This week we’re focusing on the theme of resilience and today’s Shhh… meditation (which has just gone live on our YouTube channel) tackles that theme.

It builds on our piece yesterday that resilience is something both realistic to the difficulties life can pose but also hopeful, looking to the future.

Shhh is a 15 minute guided meditation that we run every week. It’s easy to access, creative in approach and seeks to lead you on a reflective journey into a subject, giving you tools along the way that you can use in everyday life.
