About a year ago I attended Island Networking in Sheffield and one of the participants encouraged me to get in touch with a business called ‘The Stress Master’ and a guy called Ches. Apparently Ches has been instrumental in helping a young person combat overwhelming stress. I was intrigued so set up a meeting.
One year on a brilliant friendship has formed and Ches and I will be running our first day workshop together called ‘Flourish or Flounder.’
Taking place at Sheffield United’s football ground, Bramall Lane on 10th May, the workshop is designed to uncover powerful, practical and usable tools, to control your stress once and for all. This programme is at the cutting edge of stress management and reduction, offering a blending of cognitive training and clinically-proven techniques to control stress and enhance performance in the most challenging circumstances.
The day will cover the four negative stressors in our lives - time, anticipation, situation and encounter. Each will be explored and understood and then we will bring a host of tools and techniques to address them.
Why not have a look at Ches and I in conversation about the event below and then book in. Places are limited and are £60 each, including lunch and refreshments. We’d love to see you.
