One of the complications of Christmas is that for many of us this can be a challenging time.
We may be experiencing tough memories
We may feel isolated and alone
We may find that some of the services we rely upon are closed.
If you’re wanting to access some Wellbeing support focused on this time of year we’d point you to our other blog post entitled “Wellbeing Resources for this time of year” which features some video, MP3 and resources to help you.
However, in this post we wanted to point you in the direction of services which will be open at Christmas.
