We are delighted to announce that our next Meditation and Reflection for Wellbeing Day Course will take place ONLINE on 21st January from 2pm to 4.30pm.
This is a new version of our popular course, covering key elements of Space to Breathe’s work in self-care, self-awareness, grounding and emotional regulation that we use in NHS, community and business settings. You’ll get trained in how to use meditation and reflection tools in your own life and also how to lead others in these techniques. You’ll also get access to a library of online resources.

There is also an “in-person” course on Monday 3rd March 2pm.
