Learning for Wellbeing in 2022
There are loads of great courses and opportunities in our Events section but one gift idea might be a place on our popular Meditation and Reflection for Wellbeing Course in 2022. The next courses start in mid January and for just £50 you get five 90 minute sessions, two months free Well? resources and a 1:1 support session.
