Opportunities to experience, learn & grow with Space to Breathe

Well it feels like it’s a busy time for everyone right now and certainly here at Space to Breathe there’s a lot going on. We wanted to tell you about three opportunities to experience, learn and grow that are coming up in December and January.

The Meditation and Reflection for Wellbeing Course 2022

We are delighted to be starting our second set of Meditation Courses beginning on the evening of 12th January and the afternoon of the 13th. We run two concurrent groups, meaning you can choose either a daytime or evening course.

The course lets you inside the practices and values that shape Space to Breathe’s unique approach to meditation and mindfulness. You’ll learn how to get better at practicing meditation and reflection yourself but will also learn how to lead others as well.

We ran our first courses for 11 participants in the Autumn and had great reviews. Everyone marked the course 5/5 and would recommend it to a friend. One participant said “It’s given me confidence to do more of things that I was already exploring.” You can book in today via the link below.

Winter Wellbeing - Free Mindful Hour on 20th December

We are delighted to be hosting Winter Wellbeing online on the 20th December from 8-9pm.

The evening is led by Andy Freeman, founder of Space to Breathe. It's all on zoom and is something you can participate in through an informal and creative series of mindful tools and ideas. Expect plenty of space and calm.

We start at 8pm and the session runs for one hour. Book in below.

The ‘Name It!’ Course

We are delighted to be collaborating with the Goodmakers Society on the Name It! Course in January. This is a two week course giving you the space, the tools and the confidence to name your transformative ideas and start taking steps to make them happen.

You can sign up for £59 and get the opportunity to connect with two gatherings online and a series of email prompts, tools and resources to help you build your idea into a plan. To find out more check out the event details below.

Greek thinker Socrates once wrote that “education is the kindling of a flame, not the filling of a vessel.” We love that quote and that’s the approach we’ll take on each of these opportunities. Learning can light flames and who knows what happens next. Why not join us for one of these events in the coming weeks?

Space to Breathe runs regular events, online and in person. You can find more via our events page below.
