Thanks to the brilliant COVID Response Fund from Sheffield Council, Space to Breathe are continuing to offer free wellbeing support to those who need it across the city.
Since November last year we’ve been offering free Well? Subscriptions (weekly wellbeing resources) to people across the city. We’re also made sure that people can access free Wellbeing Check-Ins so that they can talk about how things have been going and be signposted to support.
Both these services are available now. Why don’t you check them out and do share them with anyone who think can be helped.
But we’re also delighted that we can offer more Wellbeing Zones to Community, Charity and Public Health Workers across the city. Since November we’ve had over 60 people book in from local organisations, the Council and Sheffield NHS Trust. It’s been brilliant to share these sessions and to offer free support to people already giving out to others.
If you have any kind of caring role and you’re based in Sheffield then these sessions are for you.
There are five sessions starting this Wednesday 26 May at 7.30pm and happening at the same time each week. You can book into them via our Eventbrite page below or find them on our own Events pages.
We'd love to see you.
