Space to Breathe’s second set of Meditation and Reflection for Wellbeing courses are now going to be starting in the first week of February and places are still available.
Meditation and Reflection for Wellbeing looks to unpack and skills and ideas behind Space to Breathe’s unique approach to mindfulness and reflection. We look at subjects like how to practice mindfulness, being present, how to cultivate a sense of seeing things and how to take meaning. Three of the sessions focus on creative ideas of ‘sight’, ‘sound’ and ‘imagination.'
Meditation and Reflection for Wellbeing was piloted in Autumn 2021 and was described as “creative”, “practical and participative” and “Insightful” but participants. One said she “loved all the input, but particularly valued how accessible it was. Loved that we could all contribute and felt really valued.” 100% of participants gave the course 5/5 and say they would recommend it to a friend.
The courses are now returning for a new run in 2022 with an evening course starting on 2nd February and running for five Wednesday evenings. Then an afternoon course kicks off on 3rd February and runs on Thursdays at 2pm. You can choose either option when you book in.
