What have I learnt from yesterday? What are the lessons from the last year that can help you in 2025?
What am I living for today? How can I be present and focused on the now? What is that I want to spend my time, energy or emotions on? Who do I want to do this with?
What is my hope for tomorrow? Hope is crucial for good wellbeing. It gives ua. reason to get up and get on with the day. What am I hoping for?
Take some time to reflect on this quote and then think about ways you can record your thoughts and remind yourself of them throughout the year.
