Shhh... Meditation: Rest

This week we wanted to share a Shhh.. meditation on the theme of Rest.

There is a sense that many of the recent changes and decisions around Covid-19 and it’s impact have taken a toll on how we are doing. The greyer weather and changing seasons may also have impacted us. How do we respond?

We wanted to suggest this week that you give yourself a little time. As we consider all the changes and circumstances we are facing, the simple act of stopping and considering ourselves can help so much.
