As we reach the end of the year we’ve been able to confirm all of our events and groups for the first quarter of 2025 and there’s lots going on.
Here’s the headlines …
NEW RESTORATIVE YOGA GROUPS
Fran will be running two groups ifor Restorative Yoga, called Relearning Rest. The first set of six sessions happen in January and February and then the course repeats in March and Apply. These are courses which are open to the public and cost £58 all in. You can also enquire about discounts and bursaries, Find out more at our Yoga Pages.
SPACE TO BREATHE WEDNESDAY DROP IN
One of our successes of the last eighteen months has been the establishing of our regular Wednesday drop in. It’s a place of welcome, a brew and a cake and a chance to chat with likeminded people who’ve experienced mental health and wellbeing challenges too. We chat, share and support each other and usually bring a little wellbeing technique or tool to try. Drop In’s start again on Wednesday 8th January and you can simply turn up.
THE RETURN OF SHHH… MEDITATIONS
We are delighted to announce that from February we’ll be restarting our Shhh… meditations in person at our Yoga and Meditation Room at Scotia Works. These will happen on Tuesday mornings at 8.30am and Thursday afternoons at 3.30pm - the session will repeat on both days and last 45 minutes. First ones are on February 4th at 8.30am and February 6th at 3.30pm. We can’t wait.
