Last week we were delighted to see our first cohort of 12 people through our Meditation and Reflection for Wellbeing Course.
This online course over five sessions gives participants tricks and tools to grow in their use of meditation and reflection but also to see behind the scenes of Space to Breathe’s unique approach to meditation and learn these skills for themselves.
So far we’ve been delighted with the feedback to the course which has seen everyone mark it 5/5 and all participants say they’d recommend it to a friend or colleague.
Learners cover a number of subjects including learning and understanding mindfulness, using sight/sound and the imagination in meditation and learning core techniques such as breathing and visualisation. One participant said:
Loved all the input, but particularly valued how accessible it was. Loved that we could all contribute and felt really valued.
Another said they loved “all of it” but particularly:
the range of differing exercises which could be used in a variety of situations whether business related, or more overtly spiritual.
We are now taking bookings for our next course in January 2022 and we are expecting places to go quickly. For a £50 booking fee you get to attend all five sessions, get access to 2 months of our Well? subscription and have the option of a 1:1 meeting. All participants also get to access course materials via an online hub and receive a certificate at the end of the process.
