Two great learning opportunities from Space to Breathe

We wanted to share with you two fantastic new learning opportunities with Space to Breathe that have just been launched and with the chance to develop new Wellbeing tools and new skills to help us grow.

Both the Mind Management Course and the Soulful Wellbeing Day are being run by Ben Harper. Ben has been part of our team for 3 years and is a skilled and effective communicator. Ben spends a lot of his time developing our School Staff Wellbeing support but as a trained coach also brings knowledge and experience around self-awareness and self-development. Ben is also the brainchild behind our Wellbeing Triangle which forms such a key element of our day-to-day work.

The Mind Management Course

The Mind Management course runs online over three Tuesday nights in November.

It focuses on how we use our Wellbeing Triangle - self, others and ‘other’ - to manage our minds better. The training will present a variety of ideas and strategies and encourage participants to consider what truly works for them.

Soulful Wellbeing Day - 23 November 2021

We are running a Soulful Wellbeing Day on Tuesday 23rd November at the fabulous Kenwood Hall Hotel in Sheffield.

This day is aimed at all those who work in schools, these days are designed to empower people by giving them the understanding and tools to look after their own wellbeing.

We have been running Soulful Wellbeing Days since January 2019, usually running them directly with schools. However, this day is open to anyone in the area and builds on our tried and tested formula that has been so effective in the last two years.

Places are £80 per person including lunch but again, an early-bird discount of 10% is available before 23rd October.

We are so excited by these two opportunities and recommend them highly. They build on the growing collection of training we offer at Space to Breathe. Our Meditation and Reflection for Wellbeing Course is currently half-way through it’s first cohort and with a second course scheduled for January 2021. We are also continuing to run regular Creating a Culture of Wellbeing events and a number of local wellbeing courses. Do keep your eye on our social media for details of everything that is going on.
